Konsyra was founded by a small team of CFA charterholders with combined experience as portfolio managers, equity and infrastructure analysts, and capital-markets advisors at Canadian wealth-management firms. Between them, the founders have spent decades on the buy and sell sides — on advisory desks where Know-Your-Product was not a checkbox but the difference between a defensible recommendation and a problem that surfaced years later.

That background shapes the product. The team understands what an analyst's research note looks like, how compliance reviewers read one, and what operations leaders need to scale repeatable due diligence across hundreds of advisors and thousands of holdings.

Investment professionals spend disproportionate time gathering, formatting, and citing material that already exists in public filings, fund-fact documents, and transcripts. The team built Konsyra because that work — the research scaffolding underneath every recommendation — is exactly the work generative AI can compress, provided the output is structured, cited, and reviewable.

The mission is simple: turn hours of product research into minutes of structured review, without ever asking a professional to outsource judgment. Konsyra produces the first draft of a KYP record, and the licensed advisor or portfolio manager produces the final one.
